Online pricing does not include assembly. The cabinets we have in-store are not for online sale due to the many steps that have to be taken to assemble in-store cabinets.

Online pricing has cheaper delivery costs because the packages are smaller density when they are not assembled, so the cost to ship from our warehouse to customers home is a cheaper cost.

In-store sales are for MD, DC, and VA only. We have a service that we provide as far as offering more customer/store interaction. We offer free estimates to our in-store customers and we also offer free exchange/return service

Granite counter tops are NOT for online sale.
Estimate Service:
Free estimate if you send us your kitchen cabinet layout paper or exact and accurate cabinet sizes. We will send you an estimate ASAP.
For online customer we will provide you
estimate
of your kitchen cabinets, but we will not provide you with exact measurements and cabinet layout paper. We do not provide
this because we base the 3-D Design off of what you supply us with, so it is recommended that you double check all measurements provided to you by the designer or constructor you received the measurements from. If you have changes after the first 24 hours of the signing of your contract your shipping/return fees will increase. For further details on increased costs please go to the Return section below.
Payment
Payment must received within 3 days of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card and American Express through PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card through phone. We also accept Cashier's, personal and business checks.
For online orders you need to provide your daytime phone and confirmed shipping address for shipping service while paying, otherwise shipment will be delayed.
Shipping
Forevermark RTA cabinet (ready to assemble) orders over $2000~3500(zone 1-4) we offer free shipping.
We make every effort to ship all items within 2-3 business days of the receipt of payment.
If an item is out of stock please allow up to 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Please be aware that all freight shipments are curbside deliveries and the deliveries are usually scheduled before 5 PM, Monday thru Friday. You must be at home or your job site to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and /or additional charges.
Assembled cabinets we offer MD, DC and VA delivery only.
Return
For online orders, all returns, changes, and cancellations subject to 25% restocking fee. *Returned check fee is $60.
In the event of shipping damages, please notify us immediately, by following our receiving instructions shown on your confirmation email.
Cancellation
You can cancel you order within 24 hours of purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee.
