We offer free shipping for any RTA(ready to assembly) cabinets order over $1599 at Zone1, $2200 at Zone2,$2600 at Zone3,$3000 at Zone4. Most of the orders are free shipping. If the order not meet with free shipping, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know about the shipping cost.(Most of less than $450)
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Remember that sometimes it takes the carrier's system up to 24 hours to update, so if you just received your tracking number it may not be available for tracking immediately.
We ship all of our cabinets by freight. They are packed individually on a pallet and delivered to your door. Smaller packages are sent via Fedex or Ups.
Usually we ship via commercial freight carrier.
If you order is shipped via UPS there is no call or pre-delivery arrangements. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times; each time they will leave a slip. If you know you will not be available during their hours, you can contact them and arrange to pick up the order at their terminal.They may choose to leave the package without a signature; this is at their discretion.
If you order is shipped via a commercial freight carrier, the order is delivered to your residence after you arrange the day and time; delivery arrangements are strictly between you and the carrier. Tracking will be emailed to you the day your order ships so you can contact the carrier. You must be available to accept the delivery within 3 days of the order arriving at the local freight terminal, and must work with the carrier regarding a delivery time; the carrier will not work around your schedule. The shipment will be delivered to the curb or driveway. Be sure you provide any information the driver might need to successfully reach your location; delivery trucks are quite large, and have limitations in some geographical areas.
We make every effort to ensure that your cabinets get to you without any damages but------Should you identify any damages when the delivery arrives, please make a note of it on the proof of delivery slip and have the driver sign off on the form. We cannot file any claims with the trucking company if we do not have this proof that they were delivered damaged. Take pictures of the damages and fax or email us the slip and contact us ASAP. Once this documentation is received, we will begin the process of replacing the item immediately. All claims must be received within 7 days of delivery.
You will be notified if there are any back ordered pieces prior to shipping your order.However, there are instances that the delivery company leaves an item in the warehouse. It's your responsibility to check your items against the bill of laden you receive from the driver. This ensures that you have received all the items that are indicated on the proof of delivery. Should you have any missing items please indicate this on the slip. We cannot file any claims with the delivery company without this. We will not honor any missing items claims if it was not indicated in the delivery slip at the time of delivery. All missing items claims must be received within 7 days of delivery.
All returns, changes, and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
All item purchased un-assembled can be returned within 30 days. Return items must not be open and must be still new in box.
You must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the products back. There is a 25% restocking fee.

After you pay for your order, it takes 2-3 day for us to get
everything ready to ship out(RTA cabinets only). Please allow 5-20 business days for trucking company delivery. If part of an order is out of stock, we prefer to ship what is in stock right away and send the out of stock item when they arrive with no additional shipping charges. Out of stock items will be noted in bold on the order page. Out of stock items typically are back in stock within 1-4 weeks with a maximum of 6 weeks out. See right picture for estimate delivery time.
